Our medium-roasted Sunrise blend is a perfect combination of bright and earthy Central American coffees to break into your day. The coffee cherries are selectively handpicked and allowed to slightly ferment overnight for 12-18hours before being washed clean and pulped and laid to dry on parchment for 12 days. These SHB arabica coffee beans are matured slowly due to altitude for a more flavorful bean. Experience the Organic Guatemalan and the Honduran La Cidra as a beautifully blended duo.
