Refund policy
All sales are final on all BlacBox items products sold at 1TrillProject.com (we sell a lot of products from a variety of vendors, and we use drop shipping services. This policy will change as we grow, but as of right now, returns are too much for us).
However!! If your BlacBox was damaged during delivery and the products inside are unusable, you can be eligible to receive a replacement order.
To start ask for a replacement order, you can contact us at Contact@blacfundsmatter.com. Please note that we'll need a picture of the damaged BlacBox and the items that were damaged inside. We reserve the right to deny replacing a box and it's items if we do not feel that the damage is significant enough to have effected the quality of the products.
If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you a new box with the same occompanying items if they are still available in our inventory, if certain items from your previous box are not available, then we will replace them with an item that is similar. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
