Our medium-roasted Organic Guatemalan has a bold taste of earthy cocoa with subtle floral notes. The coffee cherries are selectively handpicked and pulped on the farms with minor fermentation, before being washed and filtered naturally and laid to sun dry on raised beds lined with parchment paper. These hard bean arabica coffee beans are matured slowly due to high altitude for a more flavorful bean.
